Hello Hello Hello!
Welcome, we’re so excited to have you here. A few words before you delve into our THB goodies, from me, Gemma (Hi!), Founder of That’s Her Business. That’s Her Business was born in 2019, to empower self-identifying women and support them during their self-employment journey. We’re a collective of creatives and we believe in the power of community.
We ask all our clients to take a deep dive into their WHY and define the purpose behind their passion. This not only reminds you why you’re pursuing your dreams but keeps you aligned with your audience too.
The purpose behind our passion is to support and empower service-based female entrepreneurs through branding and web design packages. We do this because we recognise the gender gap in entrepreneurship in the UK and we aim to do our bit to break down the barrier’s women face when choosing to start and scale business. We believe in equality for all, in and outside of business.
Who do That’s Her Business support?
That’s Her Business support and work with all self-identifying women running a business, from solo fempreneurs and mumpreneurs to medium and large female-led service-based companies.
What do That’s Her Business believe?
We believe in many things. Support, kindness, love, fairness. Here are the core-est of core values that the That’s Her Business collective put at the forefront of our work:
We use positive language and creative ideas to help both our clients and each other grow. We want to help you feel confident in your abilities and be proud of who you are. We have confidence in each other and help our clients to feel empowered to take control of their destiny.
We believe true growth comes through helping and supporting each other, rather than competing. Our work is created by collaborating within our team and with other businesses. Ask for help if you need it and support others when you can. Be part of the collective.
Honesty and transparency are at the heart of what we do. We say how it is. We always try to create a positive but see things how they really are. If we think something isn’t quite right, we’ll challenge it constructively. If you have a question, ask. If you have a compliment, pay it!
